Your privacy is critically important to us. We have a few fundamental principles:

• only the personal data required for the application are requested,

• data are only stored on your phone and are not transmitted to a third party.

 

What information about me does BikePower use?

BikePower is an app for cycling, and uses the following data:

• data provided by your phone GPS,

• data provided by your sensors: HR monitor, cadence meter,

• data entered by you during the installation or by the menu "Personal profile": date of birth, height and weight, pulse at rest and maximum pulse,

• data regularly entered in the menu "Fitness control / body follow-up": weight, body fat, muscle mass.

 

How information about me are used by BikePower?

Your personal information allows :

• to display all the interesting parameters for monitoring a ride : raw data (as speed), calculated data (as distance, altitude, average or maximal speed, power, slope, gear ratio, HR rate, power / weight rate …)

• to record your routes in order to see them later, analyze them (detailed statistics), or export them,

• to calculate indicators about your form (Ruffier-Dickson index, body fat index, maximum aerobic velocity) in order to establish a history and measure changes.

 

How do BikePower store these data ?

BikePower uses an internet connection only to load map via the Droid OSM library; The application does not transmit any data.
Personal data is stored on your phone, in internal memory, and can not be accessed by other applications. The data can be exported to the "Documents" directory, in particular to change phone. It is up to you to delete this file as soon as it is no longer useful.
